Jose was great but the techs left off an important part which requires us to come back. Plus being that you close at 5, we had to be inconvenienced and leave work early for your company's error.

The bumper now squeaks and one of the brackets was not replaced (a main reason for bringing it in). Also returned late without an update even though one was asked for.

Attentive when brought the car in and during appraisal, but then lacking in update phone calls that were promised at the end of two different days and never made.
