I had come in with my car due to getting into an accident that I wasn’t at fault in. The crash champion team were all extremely helpful and patient with assisting me in navigating my claim, and making sure that my car would be good and ready to go. Adriana was especially kind and helpful with letting me know how they would take car of my car. They even gave it back detailed!

Communication was poor. No estimate was provided, and when I used the website that gave an estimate of when it would be completed, it was wrong and I was told someone would have called me if my car was ready. I don’t understand why you guys give the website with the estimate if that has nothing to do with when the car is actually going to be completed. And when my car was ready to be picked up, no one called me, I ended up calling and had to rush to pick up my car before closing.

The work on my Subaru was excellent. In viewing the repair work, it is extremely difficult to determine if any damage existed prior to the repair. - Also, Adriana did an excellent job with her interpersonal skills. Very good customer service. I am pleased with the work and will be sure to let my friends know should they need the service you provide.
