Overall, I had a great experience with Crash Champions. They did an excellent job with the repairs, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and communicated what needed to be done every step of the way. A special thank you to Jessica for taking such great care of everything and making the process smooth and stress-free. The only negative experience I had was with Anthony. I asked if he could put air in the tires of the rental vehicle, and he declined. It was a small request, but it would have been appreciated. Aside from that, the customer service was excellent, and I would recommend Crash Champions for their quality repairs and communication.

The office staff were wonderful, but the man who walked me through my repairs on pick up day suggested I cut the other driver off to cause my accident. I was hit from behind by a driver who wasn’t paying attention and I do not appreciate the victim-blaming.
