The entire process was easier than I thought. Originally I thought I wa showing to have my car be out for a month or so but it was only about 3 business days and it was done. Anthony and the other person who helped check in our car were very kind and sweet to help us out with any question we had checking in my car and then Anthony helped arranging dropping off of my car back home when I was unable to pick up my car. Jessica was very helpful in sending a quick link for payment and letting me know about pick up of my car. And Angel who dropped off my car was very kind to send me a picture where my car was left and made the drop off as smooth as possible. Overall quick, efficient and made it super smooth, safe and fast as possible…for someone like myself with a very tight and busy schedule this was a great choice and worked well with AllState! Thank you!
