Great Customer service! Unfortunately I my catalytic converter stolen and my car was a loud mess. I was helped by Adriana and Anthony and was able to get my car fixed in 3 days. Both were very informative and responsive. Car champions on Obispo was able to provide updates on my vehicle during the process and took care of my rental when I was done with it, making my life so much easier. Highly recommend!

Customer service was good when I was dropping off the car. Procedures were explained well, and everyone was friendly. The day before my car was ready, I told the woman on the phone that my partner would be picking up the car. She told me that’s no problem; she asked what time my partner would be there to pick it up. I told her 10:30AM, and she said she would put a note. When he came to pick it up at 10:30AM the next day, the front desk gave him a hard time and said that they weren’t aware he’d be receiving the car. It took a while to get the issue sorted out because I couldn’t answer the phone and had no service (which is why I sent him to pick it up in the first place). After a long time, my partner was able to call my dad to get the car released, but I feel that the front desk person who I spoke to the night before should’ve given the next day staff a heads up that someone else would be picking up. It caused a bit of tension and confusion.

I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs and this was my second time using them. The team was kind and professional throughout the process. Adrianna was especially helpful—she took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and was always friendly and welcoming. My only area for improvement would be communication regarding repair status and timelines. My vehicle was at the shop for about two weeks, and I did not receive any proactive updates during that time. I found myself calling every few days to check on the progress. More frequent updates would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repairs and appreciate the care the team put into my vehicle.
