No sense of urgency from staff to have my car finish. I was told 2 to 3 weeks max for repairs .

I guess you Pacific elite had two employees leave the company , so I had to wait for my car to be finished . My insurance is All State and I was hit by a uninsured motorists. They went above and beyond to help me .

Overall the location was convenient for me and the work was very good but I would tell them don't expect calls re the status or questions like "we noticed you have sap on your car, do you want that fixed too as long as we have your car?"
