I want to especially mention Liz, who answered the phone when I called in and also Jonathan. My husband recently passed away and I am still very fragile from his death. My car was hit by a neighbor while it was parked in the carport. Already being very emotionally upset regarding my husband, this added to my stress, not to mention my first Christmas alone. EVERY TIME that Liz answered the phone, she had a cheerful voice, and her caring, understanding, and compassion go beyond anything I have every experienced. And, my interaction with Jonathan was the same. Both of these are employees to be treasured. They always were there for me, answering every question, and being so attentive to my feelings. I cannot praise these two employees enough. You are definitely a fortunate company to have two employees that are of this caliber. I have already recommended Pacific Elite to a friend of mine just based on how I was treated by these two people. My heart is deeply touched by their support and caring during this most stressful time.

My wife dropped her car off with suspension damaged. After she picked the car up and drove off she noticed a dent in the passenger door. That's not the issue accidents happen understandably but once my wife told them of the issue they became defensive and said they didn't do it. They claimed the dent was there when they recieved the car. Luckily the tow truck took pictures of he car once they lowered the Mercedes. So very u satisfied with the company and I would never recommend any service be performed there!
