There is a scrash little bit under the front bumper that Jennifer forgot to reported to the insurance company. I pick up the car and Julian told that he will follow up with Jennefer and I haven’t here nothing since then

Everything went well; however, communication timing could have been made earlier in the day. Receiving updates 4:30- 5pm does not leave a lot of room for me to call or provide a response when the shop is about to close.
