I wasn’t notified at all what was happening with my car and what they were doing to it. Before picking up they said they had to drive it to test everything was working. After receiving my car I noticed they were speeding, hard braking and aggressive turning according to my driving score shown thru my Tesla app which impacts my insurance policy!

Pretty happy with the service from start to finish. The truck still looks new, like nothing happened. Was met by Abraham and was explained everything by him. He kept me updated. I hope to not ever be back but if I am, I’ll want to work with Abraham
