Matt did a great job contacting / keeping me informed through the entire process. However, part of the repairs included replacing the passenger side headlight , close to midnight on the day that I picked up my vehicle,( Friday May 1st) I was about 20 miles from home, getting ready to leave, BOTH headlights were not working ! Me & my son-in-law discovered loose connections everywhere, we were able to tighten them by hand , and eventually got home. There is absolutely no excuse for this ! When I went back to Crash champions on Saturday morning , i was told that the employee who worked on my vehicle " was new " Really ? Management needs to ensure this type of incident never happens again
