Overall, service was wonderful. The front staff could be friendlier but they are professional. The technician was great from beginning to end. I was updated on the progress almost daily. The work they did on the damaged area was outstanding. Very good quality repair. The only thing I would criticize is that they did not replace or clean the opposite headlight. I understand if it wasn’t done because that part was not damaged and, therefore, not covered by my insurance. However, I would have liked to have received a call for an option to have it replaced out of pocket. At minimum, having them clean it since everything around it was taken apart so that the final result could have looked fully finished which is only reason I dropped a point. Overall, great place. Highly recommend.
