the repair took 5 weeks out of the promised 2.5.During this time, the car was repaired after the original repair 3 times and was never repaired correctly during subsequent collection attempts

The lady at the front desk is very nice but that's it, the rest of the management team has very big gaps in the way they communicate with the customer

Oscar kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. He texted every few days. I liked knowing it was going through the different repair processes. Hopefully I won’t need their services for some time but I would definitely recommend them. My car was also so clean on the inside! Thank you!
