My response would have been a 10, but upon trying to start my car the next day after repairs, it wouldn’t start and had to be brought back to the shop. They admitted that turning my car on and off while at their shop was probably draining on my battery. It was a pretty big inconvenience and I’m still watching to see how my battery has been affected.
