The work done to my van was great, except for the fact that after I picked up my van the back door/ liftgate was not working properly. Prior to dropping it off at your shop it was in perfect working condition. Even after your technician fixed the problem, they left the frame inside was left open and it’s still open.

When I told TJ about the back door problem I was told that it was already like that when I dropped it off. That is a lie as it was working just fine before it got serviced in your shop.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work done to my vehicle. I feel like the parts replaced on the car were inadequate and not original to the vehicle. My backup camera doesn't work properly, the paint is chipping, and I can't close my trunk properly. I am not happy.
