The repair took way too long. I had ask the guy to dab some paint on the back bumper which he didn’t. Definitely, not going above and beyond for the customer. I also feel like they are scamming the car insurance for more money than what it should be.

Car looked great. Got new parts, which was great. However , I choose a 7 rating due to the following factors 1) the car too long for repairs to be done 2) when I was there waiting for my car to over heard the staff talking about a client that had just called. That made me feel uncomfortable (will they talk about me when I leave as well. ) 3. I had asked for a tiny favor of added some dabs of paint to the cars bumper and it wasn’t done. I would’ve even paid for it.

this was my first time ever coming to crash champions and if i could rate it higher than 10 I would. first off the office is very nice and clean the customer service was top tier. lets not forget the the amazing work they did on my vehicle. im never going to any other body shop ever again crash champions you have a forever customer. I will most definitely send everyone I know that need the best work done their vehicle. Crash Champions you are the best now I see why you are called Champions.
