The whole experience with crash champions was great. They were very clear with the communication and I always had updates for my car. Carlos helped me a lot through the process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the vehicle. I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of my vehicle as I genuinely feel it looks better than when I got it off the dealership lot. 10/10 would recommend

I had Carlos as a repair man he was excellent he would txt or call when ever there was an update and even picture of the damage my car was expected to be done on the 12th and he was done by the 7th

Poor communication initially. Second Rep, Carlos, was great at communicating to keep me updated. Jessie did not follow-up with someone rummaging through my vehicle across the street.

I appreciated the communication from the team. I don’t know much about cars other than I wanted mine fixed as soon as possible, and they did everything they could to repair my vehicle and make it look brand new. I would 100% recommend Crash Champions. Overall had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. Carlos kept me updated, I received my truck fairly fast, they went above and beyond by fixing up some previous defects, and detailed my car very nicely.
