Communications could use some improvement. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she didn’t have my appointment in the books and said I must’ve spoken with someone from corporate even though I remembered her voice from booking the appointment over the phone. I had to call a couple of times to get updates and relay to my insurance that I would need my rental coverage extended due to delays. These were minor issues, I was very happy with the work done and the customer service overall.

There was a small scratch on the interior of the replacement door, but the exterior work was done perfectly and you’d have no idea there was a replacement. The repair was done in a timely manner and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Looks to be a tighter fit with the bumper cover replacement than what I may have started with, and Crash Champions went above what they needed to do with a repaint and the lower valence of the rear bumper cover very happy

I chose Crash Champions to repair my car after hitting a deer. It was a great experience from start to finish. Every one was professional and gave me all the information I needed. They worked with my insurance company and made the whole process easy. I had text updates on the progress being made. I did not need a rental but they would have been able to help me get a rental if needed. I would highly recommend Crash Champions for any body work you need.
