The pricing was outrageous for the damage. Although I received an itemized list, the price was WAY too costly. $10,000 (and change) I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone unfortunately. Not saying you have to lower your pricing obviously lol, but I did feel ripped off.

I’m somewhat satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Although there was an issue with crew informing me that a part broke while the car was being put back together, causing additional cost and labor. The team did a great job of informing me of the process and what to expect. Although the team could do a better job of communicating with one another. I went out of the country for a week and informed the team member of this prior to them finishing my car, there was some slight confusion with pickup as I was gone and it was not communicated between staff. But they worked with me! They communicated, they were SUPER RESPECTFUL and were sure to settle major anxiety I had regarding my car. My only issue honestly was cost, I came in for damage to my 2020 Genesis G70, with damage to the right passenger headlight and slight damage to the frame. The cost was estimated to be $4,000-$5,000 The ending Total was well over, actually DOUBLED!!! $10,000 -outrageous 😭 The pricing was my main issue with services the people were cool! Make sure your insurance will help!

Though I went looking for your service I think part of what made it also amazing were the kind staff there. The repairs were fantastic. I would have liked to receive updates on the status of my car, because I had to call twice to find out how things were going. That’s all, just updates on the progress. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
