I am upset because when I came to pick up my vehicle the repairs were not done correctly the bumper was not attached properly and then my car would not start. They had to fix the damage to my bumper again and then I picked it up a second time and they had to jump my car mind you i never had any issues with my car starting before them working on it. My car didn't start a few times after and I found my battery is fried. while it was in your possession i got an on star alert that my battery was low. you guys said it was because of mileage but that's not true u guys left something on in my car a light something and now i am stuck paying the bill for a new battery because you won't take responsibility for your negligence. i never had any issues with my car starting prior to bringing it to crash champions and i would like management to call me to discuss further as i don't feel it's appropriate that no responsibility is on your team and i am held liable for someone else's negligence it's a 2023 chevy suburban someone messed up my battery by leaving something on in my car and i would like this addressed no one would take accountability
