Customer service was great! The repairs were very well done! Communication was clear and convenient. They work closely with the rental company and all I had to do was drop off my car and I could pick up the rental at Crash Champions. It was really easy!

They actually didn't repair it because it was a stolen vehicle that insurance totalled. We went to crash champions and spoke to a lady from the front office and man who I believe was a supervisor. They were both extremely helpful and kind to us. We had driven up from a southwest suburb of Chicago. Although we saw they were extremely busy, they took the time to tell us the timeline on fixing our car if that is what the insurance company decided. I would definitely go back to them if the need would arise.
