The level of communication here is outstanding and completely out of the box by today’s standards. Great staff that did great work considering the situation my truck was in. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great job from start to finish. Lauren answered the phone and I thought I had the wrong number. Called back got Crash Champions again and she explained I would get the same great service as Silver Spring! She was right! Tony helped every step of the way and explained everything I needed to know! Went over the damages and helped me when the insurance company hadn't even put an approval on my insurance page! Assured they were a direct company and everything was fine! And it was! I'm very happy the way my car turned out and am grateful that the people at Crash Champions did everything right, and made hitting a deer a whole lot easier!!

A little confusion when I first arrived to drop off due to not knowing who my insurance had spoken with. After drop off service was great - review of damages, coordinations with insurance, communications to me. And my girls loved getting to see the work in progress when we stopped to get our garage door opener - very friendly staff.
