I called ahead, before dropping my 2018 Ford Edge off at the shop. Asked receptionist to preauthorize all the work with Progressive Insurance, and be certain all understand I already paid the $1,000 deductible and Progressive would pay the whole bill on this omitted work. That was not done, and my wife and I had to wait while authorization was given. I made a note on the agreement that receptionist gave me to sign, that "all work has been preauthorized by Progressive Ins" before I signed it, and the receptionist took a pen and crossed that off in front of my wife and I. That was illegal. My comments on any agreement cannot and should not be defamed, removed or marked over unilaterally by any employee working for Crash Champions.
