We encountered problems with our insurance company, Farmers, in their “adjusting” out damage claim. Your estimator, Claudia, did a great job in carefully inspecting the damage and determining what had to be done to repair the car. And she demonstrated to Farmers that their estimate was wrong and her estimate was accurate. The repair work was very well done, promptly, in accordance with Claudia’s estimate, to our satisfaction, and was covered by a guarantee. Many thanks.
