My Experience

I appreciate that you got my car repaired in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process

Again, it's a major safety issue. I don't want my friends or family ever going to this repair shop because I would quite literally be putting them in danger.

Repair Quality

There was a major safety issue discovered. I received the car back on Friday, June 26th. I inspected the outside of the car, and everything looked great. However, I did not check inside the frunk (front trunk), as I assumed all work being done was to the outside of the car. A few days later, around Monday, June 29th, I started to notice an issue where the car was saying the frunk was open / unlatched. At this point I was in the middle of a 300 mile road trip with my family, so I needed to figure out what was going on, and if it was safe to drive the car at highway speeds. Upon investigation, I discovered that the frunk latch mechanism was missing two bolts where it should have been bolted to the frame / attached to the bumper. It was obvious that this was something Crash Champions was responsible for. The latch was correctly and safely attached prior to dropping it off for repairs with them. Because this bolts down the latch which secures the front hood, it's a major safety issue, and it was negligent for Crash Champions to have left off the two very important bolts connecting this mechanism. I had to take the car into the nearest Ford Dealership for emergency service to fix this problem so that I could continue driving the car. Moreover, my family was forced to rent a car in order to get back home in time for work and other obligations on Monday, July 6th (as stated, we were on a road trip). I have a video showing the detached mechanism, as well as the invoice and mechanic's notes from the Ford dealership. I can provide if needed. Lastly, Crash Champions refuses to admit any fault in this matter. Their response is simply that they cannot confirm whether these bolts were removed during the repair process. Note that they can't say that they definitely did NOT remove the bolts, simply that they can't confirm whether they did or did not. As stated, it is not only a major safety issue, it was absolutely negligent to have made this mistake. The hood could have come flying up at highway speed, blocking my view as the driver and possibly resulting in a crash. I'm very lucky and fortunate that this did not happen and that I was able to figure out the problem quickly. However, with these two bolts missing there was simply nothing at all holding down the front hood except for an electrical cable and a weak piece of plastic. I feel very fortunate that something more serious did not happen. Please make this right with me, your customer.

Customer Service

They refuse to admit any fault in this issue. If it truly was NOT their fault, they would be able to say definitively that the two bolts were not removed during repairs. However, they cannot say this - they simply say that they "cannot confirm" whether the bolts were removed or not. It's very cowardly and unprofessional.

Service was good and helped me feel less anxious. But the quality of service seems lacking. My door rubber sound guards are falling off in two places. Who might I can’t to get these fixed?

Nothing against the shop, here. I just cannot imagine the circumstances under which I would recommend anything to anyone. I don't do that.

I'm missing the badging on the rear hatch; it's on the statement, but not on the vehicle.

Customer Service

It was a little frustrating trying to find out what was going on; only one person seemed to be able to tell me, and she was never available.

Repairs were made on my vehicle With out informing me before hand, and I was charged 150$ for something that I didn’t ask to be fixed to begin with. Highly disappointed in this company,. Will not be bringing my vehicle back to them.

Customer Service

Saying that I acknowledged them fixing the part of know vehicle that I didn’t need to get fixed,. When they were only supposed to be fixing damage from the accident

The reason for giving a low score, is because each time we went into the main office there was not anyone available. We had to stand and wait for several minutes before anyone came in to help us.
