Crash champions and their employees were very professional and efficient. The process to check my car in went very smoothly. They ensured I got my rental smoothly. During repair process, I received updates via text message along the entire process and they worked hard to finish before estimated date. Pick up was also very quick and efficient. My repairs look amazing.

Jen and her team of techs did a wonderful job on the repairs to my pickup. It looks brand new like the 1st day I purchased it. I couldn't have ask for a better job to be done because these guys and gals nailed it. They were on point with the communication and progress of my repairs. I will definitely be using your company in the future for any and all repairs that I may require. Great job you guys!

When I brought my car in I discovered a nail in the tire. Brian called a place nearby and said the tire could be fixed while the repairs were made. I of course would pay for the tire. That wasn’t done and no mention was made. I didn’t realize until I got back to work. When I got in my car there was an open can of Pepsi in it. I also discovered that for some unknown reason my front license plate had been removed and tossed in the back of my car. The damage being repaired was on the back of my car so there should have been no reason for my front plate to come off. I realized it when I went to Costco and saw my plate in my car. When my husband put the plate back on he thought it looked like there was damage to the front bumper so he wonders if it wasn’t damaged by your organization while it was being fixed. So overall it felt like my car wasn’t done and I had multiple inconveniences that followed- from minor like throwing away a half can of Pepsi to tire repair and reinstalling my license plate.
