Overall a very good experience, with good communication. Only reason for a 9 instead of a 10, upon picking up the truck I noticed that one of the trim pieces was still missing. It was promptly ordered and installed a few days later.

My driver side window has a scratch in it that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. They asked about my door being sprung. I told them yes, it was over a year ago. They looked inside my door and said the part they fixed wasn’t fixed right and the inside of the door has a piece that is bent and rubbing on my window. If it was rubbing that bad on my window it would have made that mark along time ago. Not sure what all was done with my door during the process of fixing my car. They did say they heard a weird noises when rolling my window up and down. I was told I needed to take it to ford and get it fixed under warranty.
