Repair job was done very well. Customer service was horrible. Was told it was going to be done on a Friday. Called and told us not ready until Monday. Not a big deal until they said the same thing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. They just kept coming up with excuses as to why it wasn’t ready. I don’t mind waiting for my car to be fixed but when I was lied to every single day of the week for two weeks straight it gets annoying. Even got a text saying it was ready and went to the location and sat around for an hour just for them to tell me it still wasn’t ready. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like being lied to.

I don't know. im still irritated i have my truck back and what I was hoping for wasn't done. before I make up my mind I just need a little time to think about things. I don't want to be over reacting to mistakes so I'll just wait and see how I'm feeling later. maybe it's not a big deal to anyone. it just feels like a big deal to me.

when I dropped my truck off I was told once the truck was tore down I would get a call back with an estimate on when the work would be done. never got that call. I wanted the whole truck painted. asked for an estimate never got an estimate. the work that was done was fine but I wanted a two new quarter panels the truck painted my new fender flares and new nerf bars put on. would have been happy to pay for it but no follow up. I got a call the day the truck was ready to pick up. that was 2 weeks. so instead of getting my entire job done I got my insurance claim settled. I was told when I stored my truck off the scratches could be wheeled out and they would give me the name of a detailer never got that information. so the work that was done is fine but I just wanted an estimate and the other work done too. it didn't happen and im very disappointed. I am canceling geico over the handling of the claim. not that they weren't fair but because I got the claim settled and nothing else was handled that I wanted handled.

im not sure who I talked to was crash champions or geico to be honest. everyone was nice but nobody actually helped me fix my truck beyond my service claim. no follow up calls in 2 weeks to let me know the truck was going into work. just a call to tell me to pick up my truck.

1. Not satisfied at all. I never ONCE received a phone call update from you guys. I had to constantly call, and go in physically three times for an update on my truck. We were quoted 7-9 days. It took 15 days. We were a week delayed from our cross-country move due to your delay. Horrible customer service. Highly dissatisfied.

There are still significant dimples on right passenger door... and there are scratches on the gasoline door that were not there prior to taking into your shop.. I thought it was just straky or dirty but after trying to wipe it off it is clearly significantly scratched...could probably be buffed out but I do not know. Important to note the gas door is on the left side of the vehicle and the damage from the deer collision was to hood...windshield...and right side of vehicle. So that gas door was scratched while in the shop.

Not dine on day I was told it would be done...so drove into CDA from Bayview expecting to get truck which was done and sitting outside but computer system was down and so I wasted a day in CDA and had to put more gas in rental car and pay for another day of rental with offer to reimburse for either. The issue preventing me picking up truck were no cause of mine.
