From the beginning of the process to the end, Caroline & Jessica were professional, offered ample education and made every step as stress free as possible! As a working mama bear to three, I need each of those boxes checked! Very thankful that they got me in & out and back in my vehicle. They were also so kind to my kiddos when they came in with me upon drop off and pickup! 10/10 recommend this dynamic duo! The work also looked amazing, I couldn’t even tell a tent flew into my truck doors🤦🏼♀️ &it’s a 2026 expedition! So extremely thankful.

The manager, Carolyn, was amazingly helpful. The receptionist, Jessica, coordinated everything perfectly between myself, my insurance company, and the car rental company. The staff in the back, who painted my vehicle, helped me when I needed to retrieve some items. They also were surprisingly efficient and helpful.
