I honestly never imagined that I would have to pay an additional 1500 plus dollars just to be able to have my car back. I've never taken a car in for repairs so perhaps I was unaware that you have to pay for a quote. I figured while it was there and they the correct paint color that it made sense but they didn't find the correct paint color.

I asked for an additional service. Scrape on my backdoor and was quoted $ 8,000.00 and forced to pay close to $1,600 in additional charges. I would appreciate being reimbursed. Upon further inspection of my bumper I realized that the paint doesn't match. Is this why they needed to replace both doors? One of the managers rounded the corner from the back office saying is this the one and came out to have a look at me. Very unprofessional. I have photos. So I paid an additional charge for nothing.

During the initial estimate, the tech went over all the charges with me. Another shop did not. The work was done quicker than I expected, and they returned to me a car like new, even washed and cleaned the inside. Also, gave me a ride home and picked me up. Everyone was really nice and the work was top notch. Thanks Crash Champs.
