Crash champions did their best to get me in car the fastest while still meeting their inspection criteria. There was delays in my repair that were out of their controls. Crash champions was able to tell me these delays professionally and keep me up to date on my repair work. I hope I never need their expertise again but if that happens then I would go to them again for repairs.

I was disappointed that I was not told the truth from the beginning. It took a call from my daughter to be told the reason you were waiting for a part, which was due to an error on your part. I was given an estimate of 6 business days, it ended up being 18.

The inside staff was very nice however we had to call for updates on the status. Also, when the Bl vehicle was returned they didn’t even do a walkthrough and the truck was absolutely filthy to include some sticky residue all over the bumper. I would not recommend using this company to anyone else based off the communication and the way the vehicle was returned.

Once again the front staff was nice and courteous however when you’re involved In an accident and are in need of these types of services you really should be kept in the loop better.
