Thank you all for doing such an amazing job restoring my vehicle to what it was! The paint is beautiful, the windshield is great quality, really clear and the rear looks nice. Chris was an excellent point of contact and made sure I was informed of any delays. He was a great liaison with the insurance company and he couldn’t have made this experience any easier. Being able to leave the rental at the shop was a huge help. There were a few minor details that needed some attention at the time of pick up but they were addressed in a timely manner. The shop was bright , clean and cool, and the complimentary water and plants were a nice touch. The secretary acknowledged me as soon as I walked in which was also nice. I would definitely return and recommend the shop.

Crash was AMAZING IN EVERY WAY. I received more help and piece of mind from them than my own insurance company. Vadim was EXTREMELY communicative and empathetic to my situation. He was always so friendly and made sure to constantly tell me that he would take care of everything and not to worry. I was in a REALLY terrible situation and I felt like I could trust him/them with everything. I got my car back today and he was so attentive and made sure everyone detail was taken care of. He even took my car back to clean some of the sticky soda that had spilled all over my car before I took it home. I am FOREVER grateful that I chose Crash to take care of my vehicle. THANK YOU ALL SOOOOOO MUCH!!!! Vadim, you are AMAZING! Also a HUGE thank you to the GM! You know what you did! I couldn't be more grateful for you as well!

My estimator, David Repp was exceptional: very professional, caring, and an advocate with the repair crew. As a result, our Acura TLX looks as new as the day we purchased it. Also, if you're looking for a rush job, don't go to Crash Champions. The perfect work done on our Acura took a fair amount of time.
