I rate a 5 currently due to the time limit for repairs I was told that some was beyond the shops control, so I’m allowing grace for that. Not refueling my car deserves low ratings and missing the fact that something is wrong with my fuel readings. I had to leave town right after picking up my car so no time to check or know until I was on the road. I am still away handling a family emergency.

Good morning I am currently in the midst of a family crisis therefore have not had time to respond. When I picked up my car I had to immediately get on the road my vehicle is has an issue with the fuel tank. The reading is not accurate. It does not show full tank nor how many miles to empty. I’m currently away from home which is Cleveland, Ohio and in Marietta, Ga attending to my son in the hospital. I will contact you later. Thank you

I probably wouldn't recommend this to a friend or family member is every requested things to be done to my car and only part of them got done and my wife got left stranded because I tell you I requested to be repaired did not get repaired so she ended up with a flat and I put my steering column back together and never check to make sure everything worked properly

The things I requested for repairs only a few got done when you guys put my steering column back together you guys didn't check to see if everything was working properly for some reason the wipers do not work correctly when you turn them off they stop in the middle of the windshield my wife got left stranded because a rear tire is never fixed and also the scratching rear bumper that I requested to be fixed never did it's still there I am not satisfied with your guys's results I'm actually disappointed and I will be contacting my insurance agent about getting this resolved because we moved the Rhode Island and my wife went back to Cleveland to pick up the car and she was very disappointed in the results

Everything went smoothly. Staff was super nice and kept me updated. Also, they cleaned the INSIDE of my car which was AMAZING because I'd just come home from a long road trip and my car was a disaster. So thank you for that!
