The whole experience was terrific! Check-in was fast and the repairs were done in a timely manor. Excellent job repairing the front end of my car! Check-out was easy too. Professional staff and great communication. I would recommend to anyone with a fender bender!

I felt rushed. I felt like everyone but Dylan and Mark were rude with no manners. I received my car with no alignment and I felt like they knew it needed to be done, being the whole ignition had to be done over. When taking my car back to get the alignment done I felt like some of the staff was irritated with the fact I brung the car back. The only thing I did like was the fact I can go online and track what was being done to my car. When the lady was bringing my car back to me after the alignment she was speeding down the ramp to get off the freeway and almost hit someone because she didn’t know where to go. When confronted she laughed about it and said yea she didn’t know if she should have went straight or turned. It was a mess and would not go back there. Thank you Dylan and Mark for your patience and helping me with my car. But the fact they acted like they had to pay for the rental was absurd and baffling to me. Worse experience ever.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. They kept me updated on everything that I needed to know. If I had any questions or concerns they acknowledged and addressed them. I would definitely use their services again for any collision/repairs need. They even detailed/cleaned my vehicle upon pick up!
