I recently brought my Subaru Crosstrek to Crash Champions to have some paint damage repaired, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The repair took about five days, and throughout the process, it was very easy to get updates about the status of my vehicle. The staff was helpful and kept me informed, which made the process much less stressful. When I picked up my car, they took the time to show me what had been repaired. I noticed a few scratches along the area they had worked on, and they were able to address and fix them right on the spot in about 15 minutes without any hassle. While having to wait around for a few minutes while they corrected the scratches was a little inconvenient, I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure everything looked right before I left and that I was satisfied with the results. Overall, I had a good experience with Crash Champions and would recommend them to anyone needing body or paint repairs.
