All of the gas was siphoned out of my car. I’m not sure if it happened at the junkyard where my car was taken or if it happened outside this facility. I always keep at least a quarter of tank of gas in my car and when I got into my car, I could only drive 10 miles before I was out of gas.

They did not fasten the plastic part in the wheel well down and it melted on my wheel. I went back to the shop immediately after leaving and the manager put one bolt in it. There are many fasteners missing in the plastic parts under the front end. The manager claimed he would order me a new one and call. I have yet to receive a call. The car seems to operating fine.

The two running the front were great. Allie and Carly deserve a raise. They are the only reason I would say I liked this place. The manager was rude and condescending.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience with the staff and their work. You did forget to “buff out” the small spot on the back wheel that I pointed out I think but it’s hard to see unless you know it’s there so no big deal. Thank you.
