Dude enough emails, you fixed my car I paid you that should be the end of it. I don't want an email evrey 2 days asking me to rate the experience. Unless you plan on giving me a discount our transaction is concluded.

Every step of the process was smooth and easy. My wife was in a small accident and we really didn't have to deal with much. Between Crash Champions and the insurance agency it was a painless process. Everyone at Crash Champions we're very nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. The text updates were very nice too

Everything went so smoothly. There were no hiccups at all during the process. Everyone there were super friendly and helpful. It was nice for the rental we had to be taken care of by you guys. That way we didn't have to drop it off.

I wouldn’t recommend this organization at all. In the vehicle returned, the check engine light was still on. After requesting Crash Champions rectify the issue they said that they couldn’t and that I needed a new catalytic converter.

The exterior quality was outstanding. The customer service was ridiculously poor. The communication was even worse, and the worst part about all of this is that my car is still not functional as the check engine light is still on upon receipt of the vehicle.

Communication was great up until the expected completion date had passed. Then it was the delay after delay with little to no communication. This is even after multiple text messages and calls to the shop.

After completion of the government emergency vehicle it was held due to a delay in a city Check. This hold delayed a command response to Two house fires in the city.
