We were long-term customers with south of the square and we’re accustomed to their quality, communication and commitment. We tried Gerber collision, thinking they adopted the same quality as south of the square. Communication was not what we expected completion of the job was a week late than what the body shop committed to the return of the car was not in the manner that we normally expected from Gerber collision therefore we were disappointed thank you.
