Quality was very good. However took longer than initially promised. Inside car was very dusty so it was cleaned for me. I assume all the bells and whistles were back to normal. Was told car taken to Brunswick for calibrations but didn’t see where it was noted on ppwk.

The door panel looks perfect. The scratch/dent is absolutely imperceptible. When Ron brought the car home, however, there was a new scratch on the driver's door. It looks as though soumeone opened it into a hard surface or some opened a door into it. I didn't call yet because when Ron brought it home Tuesday he went directly into a meeting and I drove directly to Mt. Vernon. I've been communicating with Ron about it while he is still in Columbus. He drove straight home from Gerber and left the car in the driveway for me to leave for Mt. Vernon. I noted the scratch and took a photo of it. It was bright out that day and reflection may have masked the scratch from your people and Ron that morning. I was waiting until he gets home today before calling, but when this survey appeared in my inbox, I though I would share the information with you since we can fully discuss at another time. I am happy to bring the car down and to show you the photo I took Tuesday morning.
