The shop was over booked at 117% but they didnt tell me that until after I dropped my car off and called to get an update. Im upset because I had to pay out of pocket for my rental and I told them that. When I questioned why they didn't tell me that at the beginning so I could make an informed decision, I was told that corporate told them to do it that way.
