I wish they would’ve told me that I could not pay with a personal check. No one told me that which created a problem when I came to pick up my car then when I tried to use my debit card, I had to call back in because I didn’t have my card with me there’s a limit of how much you can put on a debit card in one day so that was a hassle. It did eventually go through, but it could’ve all been avoided if someone would’ve told me in the first place, no personal checks I would’ve gone to the bank and got a cashiers check and it would’ve been no issue at all.

There are deep scratches from the sandpaper at the repair site and it looks very unprofessional and ugly on my new car and the lower plastic on bumper scratched and was not replaced. I expected a much more better result

Youre asking about my repair experience (which is very important) but you should also be asking how I was treated. The lady at the front desk is the face of your company when I walked in... she was absolutely EXTRAORDINARY! My rental car was delayed for an hour. Unbeknownst to me...Trish(secretary)had communicated with Enterprise several times as I sat and waited wondering where Enterprise was at. I loved that she was proactive and had the insight to see that I was being inconvenienced without me even saying a word. When I called Enterprise t was informed me the secretary was already on it and they were sending somebody ASAP with the car. I guess their was an oversight. Thank goodness for Trish(the secretary). In addition, she kept me.company and chatted with me about the Price is Right( it was playomg on the tv), and the kids etc . The repairs were great but Trish made the experience memorable and made me feel like I wasn't just an invoice number. Thank you Trish for taking my calls and making my moring less chaotic due to my car being broken into and making sure I got to work on time!

8, they did a great job, I'm very pleased, but it took so long. A challenge to get parts, nit Crash Champions fault, but crrtain l y a huge impact on customer. Staff was great, well informed and very curious. Hope to never need these services again , but you would be my go to. Thank you.

Car was not ready at scheduled date for pick up. Bumper was not flush to car, motor d flap was hanging off, tire cap was missing. No one from the company did an inspection prior to me picking the car up. These items were visible.

The front desk person was pleasant to work with, but I had received different dates of pick up. I had to call and check with them on the dates that were given to make sure the car was ready. I received 3 different dates of completion. When I finally arrived the car was not ready
