While the repair was done amazingly well, the estimate was underpriced by over $1,000. I understand that the sensor recalibration is done by a 3rd party, but that cost needs to be included in the estimate. If we had gone through insurance instead of paying cash, would you have put that additional charge to them without telling you? I suggest reaching out to that third party prior to issuing an estimate so that you don’t get more reviews like this. On another plus side, you DID have the car ready a day early. So, in summary, the work was terrific. The estimate needs work.

The workmanship was superb. You even got it done earlier than promised. The reason I gave you an 8 is because the estimate was over $1,000 lower than the actual cost. The estimate that you submitted to insurance. I understand the sensor recalibration is done 3rd party, but it would behoove you to get an estimate from them as well before you present the estimate to me. That way, your estimates will be more accurate. Now, I understand that estimates are just that. They’re not a quote. But to be off by over 1k is a bit of a stretch. Please think about this for the next guy.

Front office was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. My original thoughts were that the body repair was going to take a week or two to complete and was very appreciative that the work only took a few days to complete.

I’ve worked with them in the past on a couple of my cars, very honest, very courteous very respectful very upfront with pricing very understanding. Take all the time that they need to explain to you what they’re going to do they continue to keep you with update. they definitely followed by all the guidelines and they go far and beyond for their customers sometime at their own expense. I definitely would recommend this place to someone that is looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

They were a week behind schedule and didn’t inform me, I call to find out because estimate time was 3 days for repairs. Lady tells me car hasn’t even been looked at. I was without a car for almost 3 weeks. They said we’ll ask insurance for rental what they fail to realize I still have to pay out of my pocket to put the insurance on the rental. Just 3 days cost me $120. I could not afford a whole two weeks for a rental. Hassle of going back and forth because they didn’t tell me they were a week behind and then to add to that there was more damage then they first estimated so it took longer to fix.

It would have been a 10, but I had to wait a month while the vehicle part was ordered. When I came to turn my vehicle in for the repair, I learned Crash Champion accidentally closed out my case and sent my part back. I had to wait an entire second month for them to reorder the part for my vehicle.
