The physical work of the repair I would say is a 10, looks brand new. The lack of communication and 27 days they had my vehicle was very frustrating. Was told they’d called me in “next two weeks” to schedule repair, after a month I called them and scheduled a day. At drop off, “ 2weeks to repair” sounded reasonable, took them 27 days. After 10 days I saw my vehicle still out front with the damage on it, so I called. And called. And called. They never answered the phone, voicemails left 5 times. I actually called another store, who answered immediately, to try and help me get a hold of them. I sent an email to the company site and then they called back. I’d avoid this repair shop because being without a vehicle for a month cannot be the standard for the repairs I needed. Maybe I’ll try a different crash champions that answers the phone.

My car looked just like new when I picked it up on 2/24/26. I had to return to the shop on 3/1/26 because the old tire and rim were in a box in the truck. I had no way to dispose of the tire.

Repairs come out well .. didn’t look at veh for a week , then eventually told me it would be ready the next day 3 different days .. I get it tgat it’s busy this time of year , but trying to schedule around returning the rental needed to be changed a couple times ? All and all , nice people and good work ..

I only took my car there because I was in an accident and it was the other person's fault. But, like I said, the work was excellent. Communication not so much.

The work done to my car was excellent. But, not calling/texting me during a snow storm to let me know there's a week delay to start on my car, or letting me know it won't be ready for 6 days, is NOT good customer service. Especially when I was renting a car. And why didn't the Main office not know if you were opened or closed, due to weather. Or your phones not working for two days. Other than no communication, the staff was cordial and as I said, the work was excellent.

Because they are under construction, the building was very difficult to find. So much so that I had to call twice, being almost in front of the building and still not being able to identify it. A temporary sign would have been reasonable. The only thing that identified them as Crash champion was a 3’ high sign obstructed by cars and construction. If nothing else, the person I talked to twice could have very easily stated that it was were all the construction is.

They did a great job but no one took the time to go over what was done. I had questions regarding what parts they used and if they found any additional damage beyond what was identified. Instead, I wrote a check for my deduction, I was provided a recipe and my keys… and a thank you

A very good repair shop very nice very courteous very honest very clean consistent with everything that they say and do answer the phone on time answer any question that needs to be answered with a positive attitude I’ve worked with this place once before and they know exactly what they are doing so I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a good repair shop
