I took my car in to your 1500 Brookpark road location in Cleveland Ohio to have a mirror replaced on 11/4/25 I received an estimate of $180.77 they did not tell me the estimate was for an aftermarket or used mirror and when I picked my car up 8 days later on 11/11/25 the actual bill was $539 your people did not notify me that they had to use a new part nor did I give them permission to install the new part I thought that there is a law if the actual cost is higher than the estimate the owner of the vehicle has to be notified and give his permission to do the repairs at the higher cost
