Dropped the car off weds.I was told they would call & give me an update fri/ mon (parts were supposed to be in then). Never heard from them. I called the following weds and was given an estimate of mon. They called next day, thurs & said my car was done. I was boarding a plane so the misinformation was a bit frustrating .

The answering machine doesn’t work. The employees that answer the phones acknowledged that they knew it does work.I had to call each time to get an update on my car. When I get her ahold of someone, they didn’t have an idea on when my car would be fixed. For the past three weeks, I was told that it would be ready the next day and that they would call me at the end of the week and they never did. I get labor shortages or part shortages in the current economy but poor communication was the worst
