I felt like the staff actually cared about me and my ride. They helped me from the beginning and helped with the rental car as well. I hope I won’t need you again but if I do I know who to call. The two Kim’s were fun to talk to!

After numerous problems, delays and communication mishaps, I would not recommend this service. If it had not been for my insurance company directing me to Crash Champions, I would not have gone here in the first place.

The work on my car left me with problems I didn't have when I dropped it off. 1) When I drove it home, the power was off. They were very responsive and came over to tell me the connection to my battery had not be tightened. I feel lucky it didn't disconnect en route on the highway. 2) Later that same day, the drivers door would not open from the inside and I had to crawl over the console to get out. My car was picked up the next day and returned same day. I was told connections on the passenger door were loose or not connected. Crash Champions were very apologetic and told me I could get a free car wash whenever I was in the area. But I really worry my car is not fixed and worse, it is now a lemon.
