Aside from shipping of parts that is out of anyone's control, Crash champions did a phenomenal job and my van looks fantastic. The care they took to also clean the interior was so thoughtful as well. A definite plus to outstanding service.

I’m not happy with the paint work on the hood and the way that it was buffed out. They left glue residue on the inside of the windshield. It was all sticky and not cleaned. The door jams were not cleaned after wet sanding. The wash job was terrible. It looks like they washed the truck with a dirty towel they found off the floor.

From the initial phone conversation with a Customer Care Rep, to the last conversation with the coordinator when picking up my car, it has been evident as to why their ratings are high. Hopefully, I will not need them, however, if I ever do, or knows someone’s else who is put in a situation they need work on their auto, I would not hesitate to tell them to contact Crash Champions.
