Quality of repair was OK. I am confident that when I brought in my truck there was no crack in my windshield. When I picked it up I brought to your attention and was told it looked like a rock chip. I did not make a stink at that time, but knew that it wasn't there when I brought it in. I am sure that this was accidental when the hood was removed and a socket fell off and hit the windshield. I would bet that you have pics of the vehicle before that would show that it wasn't there when it was initially brought in. I did not make a deal of this and paid for a new windshield.

Quite honestly, this was not a perfect experience. But for the most part through it all, your staff did treat me respectfully, made sure that my check engine light issue was taken care of. I don't know for sure if the workmanship on the repair was the best, but it's good. I don't think I should expect it to be the same as before I WRECKED IT. The windshield issue still bothers me a bit, as I (and my wife) are positive the crack was not there prior to bringing it to you. We can not prove it, no reason to lose sleep over it. I just know due to the fact how picky I am about my truck!
