My car was damaged by Rocket Car Wash, Since Rocket refused to pay for a rental car, Crash Champions worked with me to order the part and get it painted ahead of my service date so my car was only in the shop for a few hours!

We have used you in the past. I’m not sure why we did not do the roof at the same time as the left rear lower quarter panel. Maybe the maintenance team asked me if I wanted the roof done if they noticed it, or I get a feeling that they didn’t mention it, so we had to do it in two separate repair sequences, which I think cost more money and certainly took more time so that was a little bit of a disappointment, but I certainly hadn’t noticed that there was a big scratch on the roof from a garage door maybe from a previous owner. After we had the left lower quarter panel done. I noticed the spoiler and the roof antenna being out of whack so we had that done as “stage two”

It’s hard for me to comment because I picked the car up a few days ago and it’s some freezing so I can’t really do a lot of inspecting or getting a feel for it but it looks good :-)

The staff seems to rotate quite a bit at the Gretna shop. My preference would be to work with the same person overtime and build a personal relationship.

Had an error with communication. They had me set up for text message updates but I was not receiving them. It wasn’t really their fault as the majority of the waiting was due to shipping errors. Tyler was fantastic to work with.
