Absolutely the best communication models I’ve experienced. Everyday I got an update in progress and likely completion. The dropoff and pickup of the vehicle was seamless and so quick. I was so impressed with Heather’s interest in our expectations. She was such a wonderful connection. Will recommend Crash Collision to anyone who needs assistance with a vehicle body repair.

The local team was great! My only probjj kk em was that I kept getting text updates with a link to click on fir updates, and when I’d click on the link, I would only get a reply that I was “blocked”. The instructions said to call your local office, so I called and left a voicemail that I’d been blocked, and I didn’t know why, but I could not get any updates. I requested a call back, but never heard anything until my car was ready to be picked up. I would like to have had updates about what was actually being done to my vehicle.

Drop off/pick up of my vehicle involved great customer service, it was in-between that was not great - I kept getting texts with links to click on to get updates on the progress with my vehicle, and when I’d click on the link, I kept getting a message that I was blocked. I called and left a voicemail, as instructed, and asked for a call back but did not hear anything until another text was sent saying my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up.

The experience was great! A highlight was when I called (everyone was busy) and I was given the option to leave a voicemail. I hung up without leaving any information and I still got a call back about 15 minutes later. That speaks volumes about actually caring about customers and not just doing the bare minimum. The car was great too (much cleaner than I left it).
