Automated text of whe your car was ready were wrong. There was a question about my cars suspension from a business they used to assist with repairs. The whole thing did not make a lot of sense. That being said they took the car to the local Toyota place and the did an alignment. They did not use new bumper clips and the bumper was not flush. That being said they did the right thing and ordered a new clip and fixed the bumper. All and all the staff were easy to deal with and the did it right.

At first based on my previous comment I would have said 3 but after they fixed things right and the manager went on a test ride with me and discussed a few things I would say a 7.

The whole process was so smooth. I had to come in because I had been T-boned by another vehicle. Their insurance sent me to Crash Champions and i’m so glad they did. They made sure I was fully informed and gave me full transparency on how long it may take to get my car back. When I picked up my car it was a relief to be able to leave the rental car there for pickup instead of going back and forth. Upon entering my car I was thrilled to see they had fully cleaned the full front of my car. It was something so small but so big for me because I hadn’t had time to do it myself lately. I cannot thank the team enough for making this bad event into such an easy experience. I hope I don’t have to see you soon but if i do I know i’m in good hands!

Once I finally got my car back, it was in tip top shape and I thought they did a beautiful job. It was in the shop for longer than they estimated, but it was due to a gas leak at the center, which was out of their control. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

When I picked up my car, there were pieces missing from front bumper and the whole piece didn’t fit properly onto the car. no one was going to say anything to me. They were waiting for me to complain. Then Roscoe, the GOOD employee came out and examined the work and took photos. Apparently the work was done using after market parts, not OEM. I’m still waiting for someone to call me about how this will be resolved.
