My husband appreciated that when he popped in with no appointment for a quote he was welcomed and accommodated with a full estimate on paper. A competitor only gave him a verbal rough estimate. I liked how the A.I. scheduling assistant was easy to use because it understood my answers. The customer service at drop off was professional and reassuring that our car was in good hands. While the car was there, I was given updates and they tracked along the promised delivery date. The customer service at pick up was professional with genuine appreciation for our business. Bonus: my car looked even better (inside too) than what was promised. Driving away I was grateful that we chose Crash Champions. Thank you!

Everyone, especially Ena and Dustin, were very efficient and helpful through the entire process. I was impressed with the level of communication provided. Not once did I need to check status on our vehicle, they kept us updated with every step of the way. We got our vehicle back in excellent condition. Would highly recommend this repair shop. Very impressed!!!

Due to a part being delivered later than expected, I ended up butting up against a tight deadline but the Crash Champions team went above & beyond to deliver my truck to meet my time constraints. Very happy with all of their efforts in my behalf!

I think it depends on what repairs are needed and how that fits in with the shop. My experience was some minor damage to the side of an expedition was great (some fill, shape, paint). But front damage on the Mercedes was not that great. Bumper skin, headlight, and hood were not aligned properly so it was obvious that it was repaired

Facility is real nice, staff was professional, pleasant, and engaging. No complaints. The actual repair took longer than we were told so there was added expense to rent a car, but the result had a few deficiencies. The issues were all 'alignment' type of things - gaps not uniform, the bumper skin was lose and forward some which caused it to appear visibly 'not' straight. I spent over 2 hours over the weekend making some adjustments, reset the light, etc. to get it satisfactory.

All was fine but the repairs took significantly longer than was told (4 days vs 2 weeks) and the alignment/panel gaps were pretty far off. My 18 yr old daughters driver and she spotted it 20' away.
